BBA-A was engaged by the Evans family to design a five-building commercial development in Lavon, Texas. Working closely with the owners and civil engineers, Mr. Brown guided the overall site planning, coordinating with adjacent property owners and the City of Lavon to streamline shared access, circulation patterns, and fire lane requirements. This collaborative approach allowed the project to move forward efficiently while establishing a strong framework for long-term success. The first building in the development has been conceptually completed and is represented in the renderings shown here. Designed as a multi-tenant lease space, it is positioned to attract a range of commercial users and is set to become one of the premier buildings in Lavon.
